could this be the most eagerly awaited relase in cactus island's residents association series so far? quite possibly. the digitonal boys give us 4 tracks of deliciously musical and incredibly refined electronica in their own unique style and, to be honest, they've never sounded better or more confident. absolutely at ease with their sound, this is mature, beautiful, thoughtful and, generally, an outstanding piece of work. with a little guest appearance on track 3 from 65 days of static's joefro on guitar, they've come up with a winner. smallfish records
